Cummins Sales and Service Facility

Project Overview
Featuring Cummins’ first-of-its-kind, state-of-the-art customer experience center. Designed to enhance each customer’s experience as they enter the facility and interact with Cummins staff, wait for their service or pick up ordered parts. This renovation of an existing 28,000 SF building included a 15,000 SF office area and 13,000 SF shop for servicing trucks, buses, RV’s, etc.
Also included a 1,600 SF addition for a new wash bay and equipment room, site lighting and power, and security fencing and gates. The building was converted from an old and outdated RV sales office and shop to a new and modern office with a large break room, multi-purpose room, men’s, and women’s locker rooms, a driver’s lounge, and the open concept customer experience area.
The shop added an overhead crane, new automatic overhead door operators, and new LED high bay lighting. The wash bay addition was equipped with a wastewater treatment system, including a sump pit, stainless steel pit liner, dual pumps, oil/water separator, and a 4-float alarm system. An architectural front façade was added to create a visually inviting and eye-catching entrance that can be seen from the nearby freeway.
