Elyria Maintenance Shop

Project Overview
Design and construction of a 27,000 SF facility, including locker rooms, break area, mezzanine, maintenance bays, maintenance staff, operations areas, site improvements, modification of existing container shop into a wash bay, and CNG fueling construction coordination. All shop equipment was procured and installed by Cambridge, including a gas detection system. This shop was built on the same property as existing offices and shop bays resulting in the entire site and building construction activities being coordinated to maintain all operations. The location houses over 180 active route trucks while accommodating our work around the shop’s daily operations. All activities were staged, phased, and planned accordingly to not disrupt operations.
