Rush Truck Centers Remodel

Project Overview
Cambridge completed a 10,000 SF office remodel for Rush Enterprises in Effingham, IL. The project was phased and required day-to-day coordination on-site to keep the facility operational while under construction. The remodel consisted of employee locker rooms, restrooms, breakrooms, training rooms, sales areas, and offices.
All the areas received updated finishes with new infrastructure for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The exterior of the building received a new Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) entrance wall, fresh painting, canopy, concrete paving, sidewalks, asphalt seal coating, and line striping. The remodel also consisted of 35,000 SF of new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing and other repairs to create a watertight structure. Rush Enterprises provided cooperation throughout the project at both the corporate and local levels.
