Cape Girardeau Transfer Station

Design-build of a Municipal Facility of 3.5 acres and 12,000 SF in Cape Girardeau, Missouri co-located with many other public works functions. The goal was to design a Transfer Station to fit within the small parcel allocated and not affect the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Public Works Facilities located next door. The project included an inbound scale, site concrete, offices, and truck parking.
