Cobb County Truck Maintenance and Office
Designed and constructed an 18,600 SF metal maintenance facility with offices. The project also included a fuel island and wash bay, and 7-acres of site development. The site was unique because the access was through an easement with neighbors in extreme proximity, so we could not shut down their access drives. In addition to these logistical challenges, site development and utilities were required to cross high voltage overhead electrical, underground high-pressure gas lines, and other underground utility easements to access the site.
