Dexter Maintenance Shop – Dexter, MO
Designed and constructed an 8,800 SF metal maintenance shop with five (5) maintenance bays and a wash bay. Project also included 4,800 SF of office space complete with a large breakroom, modern men’s and women’s locker rooms, an IT room, and individual personnel offices. The project was located on an existing landfill property with the project improving about 3.5 acres of land with truck parking, truck plugs for diesel engines, employee parking, and drainage. The shop was outfitted with several enhancements such as an automated hard-piped lube and fluid recovery system for each bay, air compressor piped to numerous convenient locations, polished concrete floors, large fans for air movement, motorized overhead doors, and a Shop Manager’s office.
