Designed and constructed a 10-acre site and 26,000 SF metal facility including locker rooms, offices, a break area, eight (8) maintenance bays, maintenance staff, operations areas, a standalone automated wash bay facility, and a diesel fuel island.
All the shop equipment was procured and installed by Cambridge. The facility was constructed adjacent to an existing landfill in Texas, which remained open and operational during construction. All site improvements had to be coordinated to not interfere with the landfill entrance drive.
