North Phoenix Transfer Station, Truck Maintenance and Offices
Design-build of a new 23,915 SF maintenance shop and office area on a transfer station property including six (6) maintenance bays, a lube system, an exhaust extraction system, a fuel island, and offices. There is also a full locker room, employee break area, and training rooms within the facility.
