Springfield Truck Maintenance, Sales and Office
The Maintenance Shop renovations consisted of 12,000 SF of work. That included a shop addition, existing office space, shop improvements, and development of the 5-acre site.
The new maintenance shop addition consisted of 11 Maintenance bays and one (1) wash bay. Some features included a new lube and air system, new overhead doors, a new shop crane, polished concrete floors, and an exhaust evacuation system. The 6,500 SF of existing office space improvements consisted of new restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, training areas, lounges, and employee offices.
The 11,500 SF of existing maintenance shop improvements consisted of electrical and HVAC upgrades, lube system upgrades, and new overhead doors. The site development consisted of new concrete aprons, asphalt paving, fencing, gates, striping, and signage. The new facility will allow the local operations group to meet the needs of the increased customer demands.
