Walnut Creek Truck Maintenance and Office

A new 12,200 SF operations building was constructed on an active landfill.  The new building consisted of a Maintenance Shop, Locker Rooms, Break Room, Dispatch Center, Offices, Lube System, Shop Crane, and various high-end finishes.  In addition to the new operations building the site was also upgraded with a new scale house, entrance fencing & gates, paving, parking lot, & customer drop off area.
