The Cambridge Story

In 1988, Ray and Linda Eriks founded “Cambridge Construction and Development” that operated throughout Indiana and Illinois as a firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects. In 1998, Ray and Linda expanded their service area countrywide, and in January 2006 the company name became “Cambridge Companies, Inc.”, a.k.a. “Cambridge”.

Jeff Eriks, President & Partner

Jeff has been with Cambridge for over 20 years. He has worked in almost every role and capacity within Cambridge, which makes him very familiar with the ins and outs of the construction industry. Currently in his role, Jeff stays engaged in all projects from a higher level and maintains communication with clients to gather their feedback on the project. Including, finding out what is going well, if they have any concerns, and work with all parties to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

Bryan Young, Vice President & Partner

Bryan joined Cambridge in July of 2020. Bryan has a long history in the solid waste and recycling industries with his 15 years at Republic Services. Bryan’s experience in solid waste and his financial background help Cambridge in many ways.
