If you've never built a facility before, here's what the full journey looks like.
Cambridge runs 3 to 6 competitive bids per trade and presents every bid in an open tabulation. The project owner is invited to the shortlist interviews and participates in subcontractor selection. No black box. The GMP is set after design, not before, so the number is real.
1. LAUNCH FOR BIDDING
We send the project out to our vetted network of waste-specialized trade partners across the country.
2. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
We actively engage with bidders to ensure they fully understand the project scope and site requirements.
3. BID ANALYSIS
We review all incoming bids for accuracy, scope coverage, and competitive pricing.
4. VERIFICATION & CLARIFICATION
We level the bids in an open tabulation, resolving any gaps or exclusions so you see an apples-to-apples comparison.
5. IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS
You are invited to the table. The project owner is invited to participate in the shortlist interviews to vet the final candidates with us.
6. FINAL SELECTION & GMP
The trade partners is awarded, and the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is locked in based on real, transparent numbers.

OUR COMMITMENT DOESN'T END AT MOVE-IN
We ensure a seamless handover with full systems training and final As-Builts. To guarantee continued satisfaction, we schedule proactive 3-month and 11-month walkthroughs to resolve any issues before your warranty expires.

Project closeout is not an afterthought. Cambridge delivers comprehensive commissioning, warranties, and as-builts before the project closes. But our commitment doesn't end there. We return at 3 months to review how the facility is performing in real operation, and again at 11 months to identify and resolve any outstanding issues before your 1-year warranty expires.
