City of Scottsdale Transfer Station
This two-phase project expands and modernizes the City’s waste transfer operations. Phase I adds three transfer bays, expanded tipping and loadout areas, new scales, and supporting site improvements. Phase II adds a 2.5-acre green waste area, new scales and storage bunkers, an administrative building, truck wash station, and expanded parking. Careful communication and coordination throughout construction allows the active transfer station to remain operational while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
