Massachusetts Hauling & Maintenance Facility

Cambridge renovated and expanded this hauling facility to improve operational capacity and site efficiency. The project included modernization of 26,000 SF of office space with upgraded MEP systems, conference rooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and 20 private offices, along with a 17,200 SF shop addition featuring 10 maintenance bays and two wash bays. Site improvements included a new diesel fueling island, heater blocks for 50 trucks, and expanded employee parking.
