Peoria Transfer Station

Cambridge transformed a 5.7-acre former landfill site into a new 600 TPD transfer station. The project included demolition  of an existing building and site remediation, Cambridge began site infrastructure development, including all necessary site improvements, utility installations, and overall site infrastructure. The new 12,900+ SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) has four operational bays, a tipping floor, truck pit, certified scale and scale house, and separate rooms designated for electrical equipment and the sprinkler system.
