Single-Stream Material Recovery Facility

17+ acre site development adjacent to existing operations. 108,000 SF facility including process area, tipping area, bale storage, and offices. Site work included 300,000 CY of over-excavation due to unsuitable expansive soils. Site development also included an entrance road with two inbound scales and one outbound scale, and a modular scale house incorporating scale systems and software fully automated for trucks already in the system.
